By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from TUREM Homes related to your housing inquiry, application status, virtual tour scheduling, placement updates, and resident communications.

This SMS program is operated solely for the purpose of facilitating housing placements and resident communications. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages unrelated to your housing inquiry or residency.

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS communications from TUREM Homes by:

Submitting your phone number through our resident inquiry form
Submitting your phone number through our housing assessment form
Being submitted by a referral partner on your behalf with your phone number provided
Checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you consent to receive text messages at that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and application status. You may receive messages related to:

Confirmation of your inquiry or assessment submission
Follow-up questions about your application
Virtual tour scheduling and availability updates
Application status updates — approval, waitlist, or denial
Move-in scheduling and document reminders
Periodic check-ins if your move-in timeline is 30 days or more out
Resident communications once placed in a home

During the active inquiry and placement process, you may receive up to 2–4 messages per week. Once placed as a resident, messages are sent only as needed for operational purposes such as maintenance updates, payment reminders, and community notices.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TUREM Homes is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier for receiving or sending text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications from TUREM Homes at any time using the following keywords:

STOP Unsubscribes you from all TUREM Homes SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

CANCEL Same as STOP — removes you from all SMS communications.

QUIT Same as STOP — removes you from all SMS communications.

UNSUBSCRIBE Same as STOP — removes you from all SMS communications.

After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from TUREM Homes unless you re-opt in by submitting a new inquiry form. Opting out of SMS does not affect your housing application or residency status.
