Our homes are designed for adults who are fully independent and ready for community living. All residents must meet the following requirements before placement.
Fully independent — able to manage all personal care, daily living, and mobility without assistance from any other person.
Cognitively aware and able to make your own independent decisions regarding housing and daily life.
Able to respond to an emergency — fire, medical event, or evacuation — completely on your own without assistance from anyone.
Verified monthly income of at least $850/month from a verifiable, guaranteed source such as SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, employment, pension, or retirement.
Commitment to following all house rules and community standards throughout your stay.
